Rogers Communications wanted to make significant investments in collaboration technologies to improve the communications capacity and accessibility for their employee network across North America. Rogers advances innovative and creative thinking, and they needed the technology to reflect their culture. They were seeking a platform to drive their modern business processes, with optimal file-sharing solutions, enhanced social and digital communication tools, and technologies that would make tasks more inspiring and enjoyable.

The company engaged New Signature, a cloud-first Microsoft partner delivering solutions to solve human challenges, to support them through their shift to a more open and collaborative workspace. New Signature helped Rogers build a strong online community through Yammer, an enterprise social platform that connects people and departments across large organizations.

New Signature looked to Big Red Oak to provide a video outlining their work for Rogers through a case study. We highlighted the productive partnership between the two firms in their mutual quest for digital transformation. The spokespersons from both companies told the story in their own words, based on our guiding questions, accompanied by b-roll and motion graphic overlays, highlighting the success of Yammer in the Rogers office environment.

The video illustrates New Signature’s success in helping Rogers achieve their objectives in enhancing employee collaboration and engagement, while showcasing the collaborative teamwork from various perspectives among the personnel at New Signature and Rogers.
